How do I care for my grill weight?
Pre-season this iron steak weight before your first use. Our favorite way to do this is to remove the wooden handle, lightly coat in cooking oil, and place it in an oven around 300 degrees for about an hour and a half. To avoid rusting, clean after each use by wiping excess food and oil away with a paper towel or non-abrasive scrub pad. Rinse well, and pat dry immediately.
