At Avant Grub, we are dedicated to providing you with fast, reliable shipping services. Please review our shipping policies to understand how we handle your order’s processing, shipping, and delivery.

Processing Times:

  • In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
  • Backordered or out-of-stock items may take longer. If this occurs, you will be notified via email.

Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates:

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Avant Grub ships to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier’s website.

Order Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping times may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen logistics issues. If your order is delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. Please report damaged shipments within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Avant Grub is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
