Eligibility for Returns: Returns are based on the date of delivery (not the purchase date) to ensure fairness, as transit times may vary.

You may return your item under the following circumstances:

To Cancel an Order:

  • If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at Support@AvantGrub.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined below.
Damaged on Arrival:
  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Support@AvantGrub.com. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will cover return shipping and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty):
  • If a product is faulty due to manufacturing defects or breaks with normal use within the warranty period, contact us at Support@AvantGrub.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.
Changed Their Mind:
  • If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can return, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
For an Exchange:
  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at Support@AvantGrub.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will cover the shipping costs for defective or incorrect products. For exchanges due to preference or size, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Wrong Product Received:
  • If you received the wrong product, notify us at Support@AvantGrub.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the incorrect product. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped and cover the return shipping costs.

    2. Provide Documentation: Include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) and photos if applicable (damaged items or incorrect products).
    3. Return Instructions: We will provide return shipping instructions, including the return address. If the product is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

    Shipping Large Items (Over $75):

    • For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Avant Grub is not responsible for lost or delayed returns without tracking.

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

    Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
