At Avant Grub, we aim to provide a transparent and customer-friendly refund process. Refunds are based on the delivery date, not the purchase date, ensuring fairness if items are in transit. Please read below for the circumstances under which refunds are granted, and how to initiate the process.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Products Never Arrived:
  • If your order never arrives, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at Support@AvantGrub.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the issue and provide a full refund if the product cannot be located by the carrier.
Damaged on Arrival:
  • If your product arrives damaged, email us at Support@AvantGrub.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage to the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, covering any return shipping fees.
Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty):
  • If a product is defective due to manufacturing flaws or breaks during normal use, please contact us at Support@AvantGrub.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos. We offer a replacement or refund based on the situation, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Changed Their Mind:
  • If you change your mind and no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Wrong Product Received:
  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@AvantGrub.com with your order number and photos of the incorrect product. We will send the correct item and cover the return shipping costs.

    Refund Process:

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the refund approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

    Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please check with your bank and credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at Support@AvantGrub.com.

    How to Initiate a Refund:

    To start the refund process, follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Email Support@AvantGrub.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
    2. Provide Documentation: For damaged or incorrect items, include photos of the product and packaging, along with proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
    3. Return Instructions: We will provide instructions on returning the item, including the return address and a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect products. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

    Shipping Large Items (Over $75):

    • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns without tracking.

    Refund for Gift Purchases:

    If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, and they will be notified.
